MOVE OUT/MOVE IN CLEAN

Whether you need one last clean in your former home, a fresh start at your new place, or both - our specially-trained team members provide cleaning services for an effortless move.

If you’re moving, chances are high that you need to leave your former home spotless for a move-out inspection. And, of course, you’d love for your new space to be at your standard of cleanliness upon moving in.

With our Move-In cleaning service, our team covers all of your cleaning needs. Carpets will be vacuumed and floors mopped. Bathrooms will be sanitized and sparkling. Your new (or old) kitchen will be made clean enough for your first meal. From countertops to closets, we’ll clean areas that you didn’t even know were dirty.

Move Out Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen

  • Appliances:
    • Clean interior and exterior microwave.
    • Wipe down and sanitize inside refrigerator shelves and drawers (if emptied).
    • Clean oven interior (self-cleaning or with approved products).
    • Deep clean stovetop burners and under grates.
  • Cabinets and Drawers: Wipe down exterior and handles. Clean inside if emptied.
  • Sinks and Faucet: Remove hard water stains and polish fixtures.
  • Countertops: Scrub grout lines and sanitize all surfaces.
  • Trash Can: Clean and sanitize interior and exterior.
  • Walls and Backsplash: Spot-clean stains, grease, or splashes.
  • Floors: Vacuum, sweep, and mop under large appliances (fridge, stove, etc.).

Bathrooms

  • Shower and Tub:
    • Scrub and remove mildew or mold from grout, tiles, and caulking.
    • Deep clean shower doors and tracks.
    • Polish fixtures.
  • Toilets: Deep clean around base and behind toilet; sanitize thoroughly.
  • Sink and Countertop: Remove stains, scrub faucets, and sanitize.
  • Mirrors and Glass: Clean with streak-free solution.
  • Cabinets and Drawers: Spot-clean exterior and wipe interior if emptied.
  • Floors: Scrub tile grout and mop.
  • Trash Can: Clean and sanitize.

Living Areas and Bedrooms

  • Dusting:
    • Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, window blinds, and vents.
    • Clean behind and under furniture if accessible.
  • Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures: Dust and wipe thoroughly.
  • Windows and Glass: Clean windows (interior), tracks, and sills.
  • Furniture:
    • Vacuum and spot-clean upholstered furniture.
    • Polish wood furniture.
  • Floors:
    • Vacuum under area rugs and furniture.
    • Sweep and mop all floors, focusing on edges and corners.
  • Beds: Vacuum mattress if requested; rotate if needed.

Entryways and Hallways

  • Surfaces: Dust and sanitize tables, railings, and shelves.
  • Floors: Sweep, mop, or vacuum thoroughly, including under mats.
  • Walls and Doors: Spot-clean scuffs, fingerprints, and stains.

General Tasks for All Areas

  • High-Touch Surfaces: Sanitize light switches, doorknobs, drawer pulls, remote controls, and thermostat panels.
  • Baseboards: Wipe down all baseboards thoroughly.
  • Cobwebs:  Check and remove from ceilings, corners, and vents.
  • Windowsills and Ledges: Dust and wipe down.
  • Air Vents: Dust and vacuum vent covers.
  • Walls: Spot-clean scuff marks, stains, or fingerprints.
  • Trash: Empty all bins and sanitize interiors if necessary.
